Muhammad Irfan is responsible for handling complaints related to immigration advice and services provided by MI Free Immigration Advice. He will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days of receiving it and will investigate and respond within 10 working days.
If you are not satisfied with our response or prefer not to complain directly to MI Free Immigration Advice, you may also submit your complaint to the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA).
